How to place an order.

Shopping through our online shop is very easy: in our online shop area you can pick the products and batches you wish to order. Every time you click on the red basket next to each product, the related item is added to your virtual shopping cart. To proceed with the order click the “Place Order” button and complete the form accurately for a perfect delivery. Please write any comments or delivery time preferences concerning your order in the COMMENTS section. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation.

How to pay.


There is a minimum order charge of 35,00EUR (value added taxes included). You will be able to pay your order by credit or debit card. Once the order has been placed, the amount is reserved in your card. The payment will be charged only when the products are delivered. The total amount of the order may vary depending on the real weight. Shipping costs.



Delivery times.

Orders placed from Monday to Sunday at 23:59 will be delivered by refrigerated transport from Tuesday to Thursday of the following week, from 10.00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m. If this timetable is not suitable for you, please contact Pirinat.

Taxes

EU Residents. Value- added taxes are included in the prices listed in our online shop. Orders placed by companies, entities or organisations not subject to taxes, with EU residency and intra-community VAT number, are exempt from VAT. Such entities must send a copy of the document at comptabilitat@pirinat.cat The present general sale conditions are governed by the Spanish legislation, consequently the sale transactions shall be considered to be carried out at PIRINAT home address.
